If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. We maintain a strict return window to ensure efficient inventory turnover for our handcrafted pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility for Return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to hygiene and the handcrafted nature of our products, the following items are strictly non-returnable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>High-Temperature Enamel Jewelry:<\/strong>\u00a0All earrings and any skin-contact jewelry are final sale unless defective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gift Cards.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Craftsmanship &amp; Quality Standard\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All our jewelry is created using traditional high-temperature enamel (Cloisonn\u00e9) techniques. Each piece is essentially a one-of-a-kind art piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Uniqueness of Color<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the unpredictable nature of high-temperature firing, it is technically impossible to achieve identical colors on every piece. Slight variations in shade, tone, or texture compared to listing photos are normal characteristics of authentic enamel art, not defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pre-Shipment Inspection<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every item undergoes two rounds of manual QC to ensure structural integrity (secure clasps, no severe cracks).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00a0Nature of Handicraft\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minor irregularities or micro-scratches from the manual process are inherent to artisan jewelry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Natural Micro-Pores (Pinholes)\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the high-temperature firing process (approx. 800\u00b0C), tiny, naturally occurring micro-pores may be present in the enamel. These are\u00a0<strong>not considered manufacturing defects<\/strong>\u00a0and do not qualify for a return or refund under our defective product policy. They are inherent characteristics of authentic, handcrafted vitreous enamel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Definition of Defect<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only accept returns for verified functional flaws (e.g., broken clasps, severe cracks causing enamel loss, missing stones).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reporting Window<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unboxing Video Requirement\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To protect both parties from fraudulent claims, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package exterior, the opening process, and the product. Claims without this evidence may be denied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping Costs, Customs &amp; Refunds\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind \/ Personal Reasons)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you return an item for reasons other than a verified defect, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund Amount:<\/strong>\u00a0Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customs Fees:<\/strong>\u00a0Any return shipping costs, including potential customs duties or import fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B. Defective Returns (Manufacturing Flaws \/ Our Error)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or our error, we bear full responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cost Coverage:<\/strong>\u00a0We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs (via prepaid label or reimbursement).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customs Fees:<\/strong>\u00a0Any customs or clearance fees incurred during the return will also be borne by us (with proof of payment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund Amount:<\/strong>\u00a0Full refund including the product price and original shipping fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0Partial Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In certain situations, only a partial refund will be granted. The specific deduction standards are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Missing Original Packaging:<\/strong>\u00a0If the item is returned without its original packaging or the packaging is damaged, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Signs of Wear or Damage:<\/strong>\u00a0If the item shows signs of wear, artificial damage, or missing parts (through no fault of our own), a deduction of up to 70% of the product price will apply. The remaining 30% reflects the residual value of the used item and the cost of refurbishment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Late Returns:<\/strong>\u00a0Items returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded. Returns between 15 and 30 days may be accepted at our discretion, subject to a 15% restocking fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is found to be intentionally damaged or tampered with.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or Missing Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven&#8217;t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company\u2014it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not offer direct exchanges.
